Our Provider Services Department is available to physicians, dentists and other health care professionals to assist, answer questions and resolve issues.

Once contracted with Mercy Healthcare Group, a Provider Services representative will be assigned to your practice. Your representative serves as your primary point of contact. If you are a primary care provider, your representative will visit you and your office staff on a regular basis to share important information and assist you with administrative or operational concerns.
